Grant Description:
Participants in the Inclusive Practices summer workshop will engage in professional development to deepen their understanding of inclusive practices such as universally designed learning (UDL), in order to foster supportive and personalized learning environments. The 24 participants, who will be selected across grade levels and content area departments, will share out their learnings at faculty meetings, and early release workshops. The presenter, Emily Patt of the Seem Collaborative, will also provide related consulting for members of the HPS leadership team. This workshop directly supports elements of the HPS Strategic Plan, which emphasizes Universally Designed Learning.
